Commission Marketing Officers, Abibidwa Brand

JOB PURPOSE:
The Commission Marketing Officers are responsible for promoting and marketing Abibidwa products' to attract and retain customers for the Brand.

COMPETENCIES

  • Must have good knowledge of Computer and the internet.
  • Must have Good Knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Must be able to pay attention to the minutest of detail.
  • Should have good writing and proof-reading skills.
  • Should have excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Should be proficient in typing.
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
  • Educational Qualification
    (ie. academic skills, industry certification).

  • WASSCE/SSCE/DIPLOMA/HND/Degree
  • Professional Certificate in sales and marketing is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sale and marketing role.
  • Technical & Technological competencies
    (ie. technical:- occupationally-specific skills/knowledge including abilities to perform job tasks; technological:- skills related to the understanding and use of current and emerging technologies.)

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult customers.
  • Experience social media advertising

  • Managerial competencies:
    (ie. major managerial skills/knowledge).

  • At least 1-year relevant experience including marketing of multiple products or services.
  • Sell and market made-in-Ghana Products to individuals and corporate organizations.
  • Develop and improve upon existing marketing strategies of the business.
  • Conduct market research to assess current trends and brand awareness.
  • Help organize and implement market research to produce relevant marketing information.
  • Network with partner organizations, large contractors, and other professionals.
  • Assist with the production of reports, company brochures, and related marketing materials and literature.
  • Develop new marketing initiatives such as social media, events, or crossover collaborations to strengthen engagement with the target audience.

    Monitor corporate branding applications across the projects’ marketing materials to deliver quality corporate brand image consistently.

    Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities.

    Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed and programs are delivered on time.
